/KASE, January 27, 12/ - JSC "Insurance company "Alliance Policy" (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on February 27, 2012 a joint special general meeting of JSC "Insurance company "Alliance Policy" and JSC "Insurance company "Pana Insurance" (Almaty) shareholders is to take place.

The sole issue on the agenda is approval by JSC "Insurance company "Alliance Policy" and JSC "Insurance company "Pana Insurance" shareholders of the (final) deed of transfer.

The said meeting is to be held at 273a Furmanov str., Almaty.
