JSC "Registrator Zerde" (Almaty) is the company's registrar.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common KZ1C41190014, KZ1C00000223) made up 200,000 units;
• all authorized shares of the company are outstanding;
• the company bought back 5,120 shares;
• the persons, each of holding the company shares in the number of five and more percent, from total number of outstanding shares of the company, are:
