According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of the company's authorized shares (common KZ1C39560012, KZ1C00000280 only) makes up 651,000 units;
• all company authorized shares are offered;
• the sole person, holding five and more percent of the total number of outstanding shares of the company is SUGAR PRODUCTION LTD (Almaty).
