/KASE, December 9, 11/ - LLP "ZHERSU POWER" (Taldykorgan), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

In the period from May 12, 2011 to November 12, 2011 LLP "ZHERSU POWER" placed bonds to the number of 162,700,000. The bonds placed were bought back by the issuer before the coupon period expiry. During formalization of securities buyback deal, an operator committed an error which brought about that 550,000 bonds, with a face value of KZT1each, remained property of the securities holder.

The error was discovered on December 5, 2011 during receiving the register of securities holders for a report on bonds placement to the FSC.

In this regard, coupon interest to the amount of KZT27,500 was paid out not in time. The KZT27,500 was paid out to LLP "Promstroi-Energo" on December 7, 2011.
