/IRBIS, November 30, 2011/ - Concern "Tsesna-Astyk" LLP (Astana, hereinafter - Company), whose stocks are officially listed at KASE, has provided KASE with the minutes of extraordinary general meeting of the stockholders from November 17, 2011.

According to the presented document, stockholders of the company have decided to provide a guarantee of the company as security for all existing and future liabilities of LLP "Tsesna-Mak" to the Astana regional branch of JSC "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" in the amount of 1,385,721,141 tenge.
