/KASE, October 6, 10/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board decision of October 5, 2010 in accordance with sub-item 3) of items 9-1 of KASE internal document "Rules of Repo Transactions Execution" the following securities are banned from being used as subject of repo transactions carried out by "nego" method, effective from October 5, 2010:

• common shares KZ1C53630014 (KASE official list, second category, ASFL) of Leasing Company Astana-Finance (Astana);
• common shares KZ1C49030014 (KASE official list, third category, KZVP) of Kazakhvzryvprom (Almaty);
• bonds KZ2C0Y05D638 (KASE official list, Non-Rated Debt Securities first sub-category, VMZVb1) of Vostokmashzavod (Ust-Kamenogorsk).

The same KASE Board decision in accordance with sub-item 3) of item 3-2 of KASE internal document "Specification of Automatic Repo Market" introduces a ban on using bonds KZ2C0Y05D638 (VMZVb1) of Vostokmashzavod as subject of repo transactions effected by "automatic" method, effective from October 5, 2010.
