Webinar “Selecting Stocks”

On April 28, 2022 at 18:00 o'clock KASE held a webinar called "Select Stocks". This is the second webinar within the framework of the training program “My Portfolio on KASE”, the purpose of which is to improve the financial literacy of retail investors.

Speakers:

- Berik Sydyk - Regional Director of the branch in the city of Kyzylorda "Freedom Finance" JSC. Since 2017, he has been working at "Freedom Finance" JSC, more than 12 years in the banking sector, the last position at Alfa Bank Kazakhstan JSC was Deputy Director for Corporate Business. Currently engaged in the development of the region in the field of investment. He has been an investor for over four years.

- Zhumabek Temirzhanov - Deputy Director of the Analytical Research Department at "Jusan Invest" JSC. He has 14 years of experience as a stock analyst in the securities market of Kazakhstan, America and Europe, specializes in the technical analysis of various exchange instruments, the analysis of market relationships (intermarket analysis) and the study of global market trends.

At the webinar, speakers talked about the characteristics of stocks, their selection based on fundamental and technical analysis, as well as what investors need to know about IPOs.
