/IRBIS, April 26, 2011/ - ""MangistauMunaiGaz" JCS (Aktau, hereinafter referred to as Company), whose stock is included into the official list of the Kazakhstani Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with the excerpt from the minutes of the company's directors board sitting from April 15, 2011.

According to the Document, the Directors board made following decisions: - to stop the Company's president Aydarbayev Alik Serikovich's authorities earlier;

• to elect Magauov Aset Maratovich as a president with the terms of office from April 18, 2011 to November 25, 2012.
