provided KASE with consolidated financial statements for the I quarter of 2006
within frameworks of listing requirements. In brackets similar indicator of
2005 is shown.
According to given databank net income of the bank for specified period made
KZT3,033.9 m. and increased by KZT260.9 m. (KZT773.0.3m.) compared to
corresponding period of 2005. At that, net interest income made KZT2,325.3 m.
(KZT925.8 m.) for January-March.
Assets of Bank Centercredit JSC on March 31 of 2006 made KZT393,811.5 m in
comparison with KZT330,307.1 m on December 31 of2005. At that the liabilities
of the bank by the end of the I quarter of current year were equaled to
KZT336,636.0 m., by the beginning of current year -KZT304,095.6 m.
Shareholders' equity of the bank reached KZT27,175.5 m on March 31 of 2006
in comparison with KZT26,211.5 m. on December 31 of 2005. Authorized
capital on March 31 of current year is estimated by the bank at KZT16,399.8 m
and it has not been changed since the beginning of the year. Unpaid authorized
capital at the bank on databank of accounting balance was absent.
