Temir Zholy offers eurobonds for a total of $800 m. by two tranches, a source on
the market informed Reuters.
First tranche of $450 m. volume and circulation term of 5 years will have yield at
midmarket swap level plus 1.25% APR. Yield indicator of second tranche of $350
m. and 10 years is set at midmarket swap level plus 1.65% APR, the source
