AFS registered share issue of Bank Center Credit JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, April 27, 06/ - Bank Center Credit JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, provided KASE with a copy of certificate issued by Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFS) about the state registration of the company's announced shares issue. According to the document the issue, consisting of 170,316,695 KZ1C36280010 common and 10,000,000 KZ1P36280116 preferred shares, was registered by AFS on April 18 of 2006. The issue has been included in the state securities register under А3628 number. As of April 18 of 2006 total of 70,316,695 common and 10,000,000 preferred shares of Bank Center Credit JSC had been offered and paid.
