/KASE, April 24, 06/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Board since April 24 of 2006 trades in XS0244509963 issue
bearer international bonds of JPMorgan Chase Bank, National
Association (Columbus, Ohio state) (US_JPM_e1, KZT10.0 m.; KZT13.2
bn.; February 14, 06 - February 14, 16, semi-annual coupon indexed on
inflation rate in Kazakhstan, 30/360) are opened in KASE's secondary
market sector.
Quotation accuracy of US_JPM_e1 in KASE's trade system is four decimal
figures of bond's "dirty" price (with accumulated interest).
Kazkommerts Invest JSC (Almaty) will perform market-maker's functions
on the bonds with minimal volume of compulsory quotation of one bond.
On the reason these securities have KZT10.0 m. face value and registered
in Central securities depository JSC (Almaty) precisely this way, KASE
draws special attention that size of lot while trading in US_JPM_e1 is
KZT10.0 m. in debt's nominal expression. This means, that while
trading on KASE volume of any deal or quotation must be divisible by
the mentioned figure.
The bonds were included in KASE's official "A" listing category on April
21 of 2006.
