FSA approved report about results of offering of KZPC4Y10B653 (CCBNb11) issue bonds of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, April 17, 06/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has provided KASE with a copy of notification of Kazakhstan agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) about approval of report of the company's bonds offering results dated March 31, 2006. According to submitted document FSA approved report about results of offering of Bank CenterCredit JSC's KZPC4Y10B653 issue bonds (CCBNb11, KZT100, KZT2.0 bn.; December 27, 05 - December 27, 15, semiannual coupon indexed on inflation rate, 9.0% APR for the current period, 30/360). This issue of bonds is the fourth within the first bond program, registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 6, 2005 for a total of KZT50.0 bn. under B65 number, and is the eleventh issue of the company's domestic bonds, which passed KASE's listing procedure.
