Schedule of events on corporate debt market of Kazakhstan within April 10 - April 16 of 2006

April 10 - actual date, on which Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) is to pay the first coupon to holders of its KZPC3Y10B655 issue subordinate bonds (KASE's official "A" listing category, CCBNb10; KZT100, KZT3.0 bn.; October 8, 05 - October 8, 15, semi-annual coupon indexed on inflation rate, 8.50% for the reporting period) If all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be KZT127.5 m. The settlement date (April 8) is the day off. According to issue terms the payment is to be made till April 27 of 2006, inclusive. April 10 - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty) is to pay coupon interest to holders of its mortgage bonds of the following issues - KZPC1Y10B543 (KASE's official "A" listing category, KZIKb11; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; April 10, 03 - April 10, 15, semiannual coupon indexed at inflation rate 6.90%). If all bonds are in circulation, sum of the payment will be KZT172.5 m.; - KZPC2Y12B547 (KASE's official "A" listing category, KZIKb12; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; April 10, 05 - April 10, 17, semiannual coupon indexed at inflation rate 7.50% for the reporting period). If all bonds are in circulation, sum of the payment will be KZT187.5 th.; April 10 - Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana) pays the seventh coupon to holders of its XS0155792186 issue bearer euronotes (KASE's official "A" listing category, BRKZe1; USD100.0 m., October 10, 02 - October 10, 07, semi-annual coupon, 7.125% APR). If all euronotes are in circulation, sum of the payment will be USD3,562.5 th. April 10 - register of holders of KZPC5Y10B197 issue subordinate bonds of Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) (KASE's official "A" listing category, HSBKb8; KZT10,000 th.; KZT4.0 bn. April 11, 05 - April 11, 15, semi-annual coupon indexed on inflation rate, 7.50% for the current period) is fixed. Register is fixed for the second coupon payment. On April 10 and 11 of 2006 the bonds will be quoted on Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. April 11 - Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC pays the second coupon to its holders of its KZPC5Y10B197 issue (HSBKb8) issue bonds. If all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be KZT150.0 m. According to issue terms the payment, is to be made till April 19 of 2006, inclusive. April 12 - register of holders of KZ2CKY03B047 issue indexed on tenge devaluation bonds of Mangistau distributing electricity network company JSC (Aktau) (KASE's official "A" listing category, MREKb; KZT1, KZT560.9 bn.; April 13, 04 - April 13, 07, semi-annual coupon 13.00% APR) is fixed. The register is fixed for the fourth coupon payment. On April 12 and 13 of 2006 the bonds will be quoted on KASE without accumulated interest. April 13 - Mangistau distributing electricity network company JSC is to pay the fourth coupon to its holders of its KZ2CKY03B047 (MREKb1) issue bonds. If all bonds are in circulation, sum of the payment will be KZT36,458.5 th. (profit of bondholders is secured from tenge strengthening. April 13 - register of holders of XS0233829463 issue euronotes of ATFBank JSC (Almaty) (KASE's official "A" listing category, ATFBe4; $200.0; October 28, 05 - October 28, 10, semiannual coupon APR 8.125%). Since April 13 till April 28 of 2006 the bonds will be quoted on KASE without accumulated interest. April 13 - register of holders of KZ2CKY03B054 issue, indexed on tenge devaluation, bonds of Kazpost JSC (Almaty) (KASE's official A listing category KZPSb1; KZT1,000, KZT1,413.0 m., May 13, 03 - May 13,08, semi-annual coupon 8.125% APR) The register is fixed for the sixth coupon payment. Since April 13 till May 11of 2006will be quoted on KASE without accumulated interest. April 13 - register of holders of KZ2CKY03B054 issue indexed on tenge against dollar devaluation bonds of ROSA JSC (Pavlodar) (KASE's official "A" listing category, ROSAb1; KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn.; April 14, 04 - April 14, 07, semi-annual coupon APR 11.00%). The register is fixed for the payment of the forth coupon. On April 13 and 14 the bonds will be quoted without accumulative interest. April 14 - ROSA JSC pays the fourth coupon to euronotes holders of its KZ2CKY03B054 (ROSAb1) issue bonds. If all bonds are in circulation, sum will be KZT55.0 m. (profit of bondholders are secured from tenge strengthening). April 16 - planned date, on which Kazkommerts International B.V. (Rotterdam, Netherlands) is to pay the sixth coupon to holders of XS0167149094 issue euronotes (KASE's official "A" listing category, KKGBe4; $500 m.; April 16, 03 - April 16, 13, semi-annual coupon 8.50% APR).
