/KASE, April 5, 06/ - As informed before, by the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated March 31 of 2006 KZ1C45630015 common shares of ASTEL JSC (Almaty) have been included in KASE's official "B" listing category under the ASTL symbol. The decision took effect since April 5 of 2006, because the issuer paid to KASE the entrance and the first annual listing fees for these securities. The information about opening of trades in the shares on KASE will be given later.
