AFS registered share issue of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC

/KASE, April 5, 06/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, provided KASE with a copy of certificate issued by Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFS) about the state registration of the company's authorized shares issue. According to the document the issue, consisting of 1,792,0000 KZ1C45320013 common shares, was registered by AFS on March 31 of 2006. The issue has been included in the state securities register under А4532 number. As of March 31 of 2006 total of 890,000 common shares of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company HSC had been offered and paid.
