/KASE, March 29, 06/ - CNPC Aktobemunaigas JSC (Aktobe, hereinafter - company), whose common shares are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE a copy of the minutes of annual general shareholders meeting, which was held on March 14, 2006. According to the meeting's agenda the company's shareholders approved its annual financial statement for 2005, and report of auditor on it, the company's program of work for 2006 (including interest to members of the Board of directors), new edition of the company's charter, and also adopted the following decisions: - from undistributed income of company to send for payment of dividends on its shares for 2005 KZT51,430,210 th. based on KZT5,200.0 per 1 share; - starting date of dividends payment for 2005 to set May 20, 2006; - shareholders, which are individuals, to pay dividends with cash or by banking transfer, shareholder, which are legal entities, - by banking transfer; - to approve members of the Board of directors - 9 people, term of authorities of the Board of directors - 3 years; - to elect the company's Board of directors consisting of: - Van Dundzing - Assistant President of CNPC, President of CNODC); - Li Hualin - General director of CNPC in Hon Kong; - Byan De Chzhi - Director of scientific center on foreign projects of CNODC; - Bo Chilyan - Senior deputy President of CNODC; - Van Chunzai - General director of the company; - Zhenis Sentpagambetov - Senior deputy of General director of the company; - Bulat D. Yelemanov - Chairman of the Board of Azimut Energy Services JSC; - Zhaksagalei I. Imankulov - Director of department of natural resources and regulation of nature management of Aktubinsk oblast; - Yesimkan A. Kurmangazin - Director of Aktubinsk agricultural industry of market-raw stock exchange Kokzhar.
