AFS registered announced share issue of Tsesnabank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, March 24, 06/ - Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE by the official letter about the state registration of the bank's announced share issue. According to presented data the issue was registered by Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFS) on February 10 of 2006 and divided into 7,500,000,000 common shares KZ1C33820016 and 2,500,000,000 preferred shares KZ1P33820914. The issue has been included in the state securities register under А3382.
