/IRBIS, Assel Omarova, March 7, 06/ - Foreign insurance company
Kazakhinstrakh JSC (Almaty), within listing requirements, has presented to
Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) its non-audited non-consolidated
financial statement of for year 2005, prepared in compliance with
international accounting standards. Similar indicators for year 2004 are
given in parentheses.
According to the presented data, the company's net profit for year 2005
totaled KZT596.9 m. and fell compared to year 2004 by KZT15.6 m.
(KZT612.4 m.).
According to data of Foreign insurance company Kazakhinstrakh JSC
income from insuring activity for year 2005 reached KZT2,573.6 m.
(KZT1,889.9 m.) while expenses on insurance payments totaled KZT1,107.4 m.
(KZT1,050.3 m.).
Assets of the company as at the end of 2005 were KZT3,826.3 m., whereas
at the end of 2004 this indicator did not exceed KZT3,507.5 m.
Equity capital as of December 31 of 2005 was KZT2,065.5 m. having
grown by KZT591.8 m. At that, authorized capital in year 2005 remained
unchanged at KZT540.0 m. (according to balance sheet, the company had
no unpaid authorized capital).
