/KASE, March 6, 06/ - Exploration Production KazMuaniGas JSC (Astana, hereinafter - Company), whose shares are included in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE that on March 20, 2006 at 10:00 it will hold prescheduled general shareholders meeting, where it is planned to consider the only question: Approval of decisions about conclusion of deals, in execution of which the Company has interest. Place of meeting holding: Astana, 20/1 Kabanbai Batyr Ave., 3d floor, conference hall. List of shareholders, who have right to participate in the meeting, is complied as of March 10, 2006.
