Centras Securities JSC and DERBES SECURITIES JSC appointed co- underwriters on offering of KZPC1Y03B878 (TSBNb3) issue bonds of Tsesnabank JSC - press-release

/KASE, February 27, 06/ - Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) jointly with DERBES SECURITIES JSC (Astana) and Tsesnabank JSC (Astana) on February 21 of 2006 spread press-release saying: Quotation start DERBES SECURITIES JSC and Centras Securities JSC have been appointed co-underwriters on offering of the first issue bonds in the amount of KZT5,000,000,000 on Kazakhstan's stock market within the first bond program of with total volume of KZT15,000,000,000 of inscribed coupon bonds of Tsesnabank JSC. Bonds are issued for a total of 5,000,000,000 (five billion) tenge with the term of 3 years and with interest rate (coupons) equaling to 8% APR to face value. This bond issue is meant for borrowing investors' money for diversification and increasing of sources maturity, borrowed funds, supporting mid-term liquidity of the Bank, activation of the Bank's activity in the sphere of small and medium business crediting.
