The Bank's registrar is Tsentr DAR JSC (Almaty). According to the notice total number of the Bank's announced KZ1C36280010 common shares as of January 1 of 2006 was 70,316,695, KZ1P36280116 preferred - 10,000,000. Shares have been offered entirely.
