Tsesnabank JSC (Kazakhstan) about the 1st coupon payment on its KZ2CKY07B626 (TSBNb2) issue bonds

/KASE, February 17, 06/ - Tsesnabank JSC (Astana) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) by the official letter that on February 14 of 2006 the bank paid the first coupon to holders of its KZ2CKY07B626 issue bonds (KASE's official "A" listing category, TSBNb2; KZT1, KZT3.0 bn.; August 8, 05 - August 8, 12, semi-annual coupon, 9.00% APR). The issuer says amount of the payment totaled KZT134,914.50 th. According to issue terms interest on these bonds is paid within 10 working days, following register fixation date (February 7 of 2006). Judging on the mentioned amount of coupon payment, 99.9% of registered bonds were in circulation by register fixation date. [2006-02-17]
