Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan) informed about holding of general shareholders meeting by absent vote

/KASE, February 14, 06/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose securities are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, notified KASE about holding of general meeting of the company's shareholders by absent vote with the following agenda: - about cancellation of decision of the Bank's general shareholders meeting about increase of number of announced shares, taken by absent vote on November 11, 2005; - about increase of number of announced shares. "List of shareholders, who have right to participate in general meeting by absent vote of the bank's shareholders, is complied on the basis of data of register of shareholders of Bank CenterCredit JSC, presented by independent register CenterDAR JSC, as of February 1, 2006", - the message says. Voting papers for absent vote will be submitted to shareholders by ordered letters to addresses, given in register of the Bank's shareholders. Final date to submit voting papers for absent vote - March 30, 2006. Date to submit voting paper by shareholder is considered date of its registration by the Bank.
