Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan) held General shareholders meeting by absentee voting

/KASE, February 14, 06/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty, the Bank), whose securities are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has notified KASE about holding the general shareholders meeting by means of absentee voting b the following agenda: - about inclusion of changes and additions in the Bank's Charter; - about increasing of the number of announced shares. "List of shareholders, who have the right to take part in the meeting by means of absentee voting, has been made based on shareholders register of Bank CenterCredit JSC, presented by independent registrar TsentrDAR JSC, complied as of September 1 of 2005", - the message says. Bulletins for absentee voting will be delivered to shareholders by registered letters by addresses, shown in the shareholders register. Final date for presenting bulletins for absentee voting is November 10, 2005. Date of bulletin registration by the bank is considered the date of presenting bulletin by shareholder.
