FSA approved report about results of offering of KZ75KARGCA53 (CCBNb1) issue bonds of Bank CenterCredit JSC

/KASE, February 8, 06/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has provided KASE with a copy of the report about results of offering of the bank's KZ75KARGCA53 issue bonds (CCBNb1; $100, $4.5 m.; December 16, 00 - December 16, 05, semiannual coupon 12.00% APR), which was approved by Kazakhstan agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) on January 31, 2006. According to the above report as of December 20, 2005 bonds of this issue were fully redeemed. These bonds were traded in KASE's official "A" listing category since December 18, 2000. Since December 20, 2005 they have been excluded from KASE's lists because of redemption. [2006-02-08]
