Finance ministry's head represented new vice-ministers to the department's staff

/INTERFAX-KAZAKHSTAN, Astana, February 2, 06/ - Natalya Korzhova the minister of finance of Kazakhstan on Thursday represented Alikhan Smailov and Askar Yelemesov new vice-ministers to the department's staff, Ministry of finance said to "Interax-Kazakhstan". 33-year old A. Smailov since June of 2003 worked as the chairman of executive committee of State insurance corporation for export credits and investments insurance JSC. Before he filled several public positions, in particular, vice-minister of foreign affairs (February-June, 2003), chairman of state statistics agency (November, 1999 - February, 2003). 37- year old A. Yelemesov since February of 2004 works as deputy chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan. Before he headed DB Securities Kazakhstan company (subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG). Besides, last Wednesday Korzhova represented to the staff of the ministry's tax committee the new head - Nurlan Rakhmetov. 40-year old N. Rakhmetov since September of 2004 worked as the managing director on economy and finance of KazMunayGas. Before that, he filled several other public positions, in particular, vice-minister of finance (September, 2002 - December, 2003). [2006-02-02]
