AFS approved report about results of offering of Bank CenterCredit JSC's (Kazakhstan) shares

/KASE, January 20, 06/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has provided KASE with a copy of notification of Kazakhstan Agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) dated January 14 of 2006 about approval of the report about results of the bank's shares offering. The bank's share issue, consisting of 70,316,695 common shares Z1C36280010 and 10,000,000 preferred shares KZ1P36280116 was registered by FSA on June 21 of 2005 under А3628 number. According to FSA's notification as of December 22 of 2005 the bank's shares had been entirely offered and paid. Authorized capital was formed in the amount of KZT16,295,110,000. [2006-01-20]
