/KASE, January 19, 05/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE by the official letter about dividends payment for 2005 on its preferred shares in the amount of KZT1,000.00 per one share. Total amount of payment equaled to KZT49,260,000, deducted tax at the source of payment is paid KZT46,221,000. Dividends payment start date was fixed January 16, 2006.
