Zangar Invest Group JSC (Kazakhstan) borrowed a $50 m. loan

/KASE, January 14, 06/ - Zangar Invest Group JSC (Almaty), whose bonds
are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing
category, has informed KASE about borrowing a USD50 m. loan from
Dresdner Bank AG.
The company says term of the loan is 5 years with preferential period for the
main debt payment. The funds will be used for development of investment
projects in economic sectors, which are priority for Zangar Invest Group
JSC, in Kazakhstan and abroad.
The message says "this loan is the Company's first deal on the international
capital market. Company's governing body plans further development of
cooperation with international financial institutions, expansion of the range of
investors and partners on both domestic and international markets".
Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (London) and Kazkommerts Invest JSC
(Almaty) acted as organizers of the borrowing.
