Kazakh bank CenterCredit plans 5-yr USD bond

/REUTERS, January 12, 06/ - Kazakh bank CenterCredit plans to sell a five- year U.S. dollar-denominated bond, a market source familiar with the details of the deal said on Thursday. The size of the issue has yet to be determined, the market source said. The bond offering is Regulation S with Citigroup and ING acting as joint lead and bookrunners on the deal. The marketing roadshow begins in Hong Kong on Jan. 18, followed by Manila on Jan. 19 and Singapore on Jan. 20. It them moves to Zurich and Geneva on Jan. 23 followed by Vienna and Frankfurt on Jan. 24 with a final stop in London on Jan. 25. CenterCredit is rated 'BB-' by Fitch Ratings. [2006-01-13]
