/KASE, January 9, 06/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Board since January 13, 2006 trades in KZ2CKY03B773 issue bonds of Ulba metallurgical plant JSC (Ust-Kamenogorsk) (KASE's official "A" listing category, ULBAb1, KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn.; December 26, 05 - December 26, 08, fixed semiannual coupon, 8.25% APR, 30/360) are opened in KASE's secondary market sector. Quotation accuracy of ULBAb1 in KASE's trade system is four decimal figures of bond's clean price expressed as percentage from the face value. Alliance -Bank JSC (Almaty) performs market-maker's functions on bonds. Minimal volume of compulsory quotation for market-maker is fixed at 1,900 bonds. The above bonds were included in KASE's official "A" listing category since December 26, 2005.
