Shareholders of KazTransCom JSC (Kazakhstan) approved deals, which the company is interested in

/KASE, January 6, 06/ - KazTransCom JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - company), whose securities are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE a copy of the minutes of prescheduled general shareholders meeting, which was held on November 29, 2005. According to the agenda the company's shareholders approved new edition of its charter, and also deals (in case the company will be acknowledged winner of contest), in which the company is interested in, to conclude agreements with the following legal entities: - Exploration Production KazMunaiGas JSC - to provide the following services: separate channel to transfer data, transfer data (information) for PF Embamunaigas (Atyrau) and PF Ozenmunaigas (Zhanaozen), international, long distance, cell and corporate communication; - INTERGAS CENTRAL ASIA JSC - to execute works on modernization of VHF communication on Bukhara-Ural and Zhanazhol-Aktobe, to provide services of telephone and data transfer of Kyzylorda; - NC KazMunaiGas JSC - to provide services on technical servicing of protection means and control of premises protectability; - KazTransGas JSC - to supply and assemble equipment of satellite communication.
