KazTransOil JSC (Kazakhstan) has paid dividends on common shares for 2004 for the amount KZT857.1 m.

/KASE, December 28, 05/ - KazTransOil JSC (Astana, hereinafter - company), whose bonds are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, provided KASE with copy of order (decision) of its sole shareholder - National company KazMunaiGas JSC - dated July 22, 2005 #306. According to submitted document the company's sole shareholder accepted the following decisions: - to approve the company's financial statement for 2004; - net income in the amount KZT8.6 bn., earned by the company within 2004, to distribute in the following way: KZT857.1 m. to pay dividends for 2004, KZT7.7 bn. to keep with the company; - to pay to the company's sole shareholder dividends on common shares by the results of 2004 in the amount KZT857.1 m. (including tax - KZT128.6); - to approve size of dividends in calculation one common share of the company in the amount KZT26.04; - to pay dividends to the company's sole shareholder with money by transfer to banking account during 60 calendar days from the day of signing of order by the sole shareholder.
