KZ2CKY03B773 issue bonds of Ulba metallurgical plant JSC (Kazakhstan) passed listing procedure on KASE under "A" category

/KASE, December 23, 05/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated December 22 of 2005 KZ2CKY03B773 issue bonds of Ulba metallurgical plant JSC (Ust-Kamenogorsk) (KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn.; 3 yeas, semi-annual coupon, 8.25% APR, 30/360) have been included in KASE's official "A" listing category under ULBAb1 symbol. Date, on which the above decision will take effect, will be announced later after the issuer pays the listing fee for these securities and makes Listing agreement with KASE. Information about opening of trades in the bonds on KASE will also be given later. Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty) acted as the issuer's financial consultant to bring the bonds to the organized market.
