/KASE, December 22, 05/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - Bank), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE that on January 23, 2006 at 11:00 it will hold the prescheduled general meeting of its shareholders by the following agenda: - changes in the Bank's Board of directors; - approval of Regulation about Secretary of the Bank's Board of directors. Meeting of the Bank's shareholders will be hold on address: 050000, Almaty, 100a Furmanov str. Registration of the meeting's participants will be hold on January 23, 2006 from 10:00 to 10:45 at the place of meeting holding. List of shareholders, who have right to participate in the meeting, will be complied on the basis of data of the Bank's share register holders as of January 1, 2006. Information and materials on the agenda are presented to shareholders daily from January 9, 2006 from 9:00 to 17:00 (except days off and holidays) at the place of meeting holding.
