As of October 31, 2005 Alliance bank JSC (Kazakhstan) did not have big shareholders

/KASE, November 11, 05/ - Alliance bank JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, in answer to inquiry of KASE by the official letter informed, that according to the extract from the bank's system of shareholders register as of October 31, 2005 Alliance bank JSC did not have big shareholders. The Bank informed that as of the above date in nominal holding of Central securities depositary JSC (CD) was 20.38% from total number of the bank's floated shares. However according to CD in its nominal holding as of October 1, 2005 were no holders, owing five or more percents the bank's voting shares. [2005-11-11]
