FSA registered the 1st bond issue of DANABANK JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, October 31, 05/ - DANABANK JSC (Almaty), whose common shares are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, has presented to KASE a copy of certificate issued by Kazakhstan Agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) dated October 4 of 2005 about the state registration of the company's first bond issue. According to the certificate the issue volume is KZT1.0 bn. while security's face value is KZT1,000.00. The issue has been divided into 1.0 m. coupon mortgage bonds, which have been assigned KZ2CKY05B752 national identification number.
