On November 29 KazTransCom JSC (Kazakhstan) to hold prescheduled general shareholders meeting

/KASE, October 28, 05/ - KazTransCom JSC (Atyrau obl.), whose shares and bonds are in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE that on November 29 of 2005 at 10:00 it will hold prescheduled general shareholders meeting by the following agenda: - confirmation of the charter of KazTransCom JSC in the new edition; - approval of the decision about making of deals by KazTransCom JSC, in which there is interest. The meeting will be held at the address: 46a, Baitursyn-uly str., Almaty. List of shareholders, who have the right to take part in the meeting, was approved by the company's Board of directors on October 26 of 2005. Additional information necessary for taking decision during voting, will be given to shareholders, who have the vote, 2 weeks before meeting holding date in the headquarters of KazTransCom JSC at the address: 46a, Baitursyn-uly str., 480012, Almaty.
