/KASE, October 20, 05/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
Board dated October 20 of 2005 symbol of KZ2CKY01B686 issue bonds of
Zangar Invest Group JSC (Almaty) (KZT1, KZT4.0 bn.; 1 year, 8.5% APR,
30/360) has been changed for ZIG_b1, instead of ZINGb1 assigned before.
Thus, this issuer's symbol on KASE, which is assigned on the basis of
exchange's internal document "Instruction about the order of coding
members of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc., financial instruments and
securities issuers" (
http://www.kase.kz/geninfo/normbase/kodirov.pdf), has
been changed from ZING for ZIG_.
The changes have been included by the request of Zangar Invest Group JSC
as not contradicting to the above-mentioned instruction.
It was said before that by the decision of KASE's Council dated October 14
of 2005 KZ2CKY01B686 issue bonds of Zangar Invest Group JSC had been
included in KASE's official "A" under ZINGb1 symbol. This decision has not
taken effect because the issuer has not paid to KASE the listing fee on the
bonds and has not made agreement about their listing with KASE.
