About the right of Soyuz-Invest for priority purchase of shares of KazTransCom JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, October 18, 05/ - KazTransCom JSC (Atyrau oblast), whose shares and bonds are in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE that on October 18 of 2005 through mass media the company will notify Soyuz-Invest its shareholder that it has not paid for 202 common shares of KazTransCom JSC, for which it has the right of priority purchase after an additional issue of shares on October 15 of 2004. If 30 days after this message publication Soyuz-Invest does not use its priority right the right will be given to other shareholders of KazTransCom JSC. [2005-10-18]
