Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC announced new coupon rates on its sixth issue bonds

/KASE, October 3, 05/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty) informed by the official letter Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) that for the period from October 1, 2005 to April 1, 2006 the following rates of coupon premiums on below given bonds of the company (value of rates are given in percents per annum from nominal vale of bonds) are fixed: - KZ2CKY10A853 issue (KZIKb2, KZT1, KZT2,400.0 m.; August 11, 03 - October 1, 13, semiannual coupon, last coupon period 8.90% APR) - 9.70% APR; - KZ2CKY10A986 issue (KZIKb3; KZT1, KZT4,500.0 m.; December 1, 03 - April 1, 14, semiannual coupon, last coupon period 8.10% APR) - 8.90% APR; - KZ2CKY10B075 issue (KZIKb4; KZT1, KZT4,500.0 m.; February 1, 04 - April 1, 14, semiannual coupon, last coupon period 7.60% APR) - 8.40% APR; - KZ2CKY05B216 issue (KZIKb5; KZT1, KZT5,000.0 m.; June 1, 04 - April 1, 09, semiannual coupon, last coupon period 7.49% APR) - 8.29% APR; - KZ2CKY07B220 issue (KZIKb6; KZT1, KZT5,000.0 m.; June 1, 04 - April 1, 11, semiannual coupon, last coupon period 7.49% APR) - 8.29% APR; - KZ2CKY07B303 issue (KZIKb7; KZT1, KZT5,000.0 m.; June 1, 04 - April 1, 11, semiannual coupon, last coupon period 7.20% APR) - 8.00% APR; The message says, that rates are fixed from calculation: [inflation index in annual expression as on September 2005 + fixed margin] or [7.9 + fixed margin]. All the above bonds are included in the official KASE securities list of "A" category.
