Deutsche Bank, ING to organize a $80 m. loan for Alliance Bank JSC

/INTERFAX-FIA, Moscow, September 12, 05/ - Alliance Bank has determined Deutsche Bank AG London and ING Wholesale Banking as organizers of a $80 m. syndicated loan for one year with the possibility of prolongation, which will be borrowed by two tranches. The loan, international banks' message says, will be spent for financing trade operations of clients of the Kazakhstan's bank. Alliance bank is one of five biggest banks of Kazakhstan. As of July 1 of 2005 the bank's assets were KZT225.5 bn. ($1.67 bn.). In year 2005 the bank floated debut three-year eurobonds for $150 m. [2005-09-13]
