/KASE, August 23, 05/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, provided KASE with a copy of certificate issued by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFS) dated August 22, 2005 about the state registration of the second bond issue within the bank's first bond program. According to the certificate bonds issue volume is KZT1.0 bn. while security's face value is KZT1,000.00. The issue has been divided into 1,0 m. coupon mortgage bonds, which have been assigned KZPC2Y03B579 national identification number.
