Centras Securities JSC and DERBES SECURITIES JSC (Kazakhstan) appointed co-underwriters on floatation of KZ2CKY07B626 issue bonds of Tsesnabank JSC (Kaakhstan)

/IRBIS, Natalya Kuznetsova, August 19, 05/ - Centras Securities JSC and DERBES SECURITIES JSC (both - Almaty), which are members of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) under "K", "P" and "H" categories, have been appointed co-underwriters on floatation of KZ2CKY07B626 issue bonds of Tsesnabank JSC (Astana) (KZT1, KZT3.0 bn.; August 8, 05 - August 8, 12, semi-annual coupon, 9.0% APR, 30/360) on Kazakhstan's stock market. Trades on the exchange were opened on August 15 of 2005. "This bond issue is the second one for Tsesnabank JSC and is meant for borrowing investors' money for financing projects on mortgage crediting programs, production and processing of grain, leasing and other projects", - the release says.
