FSA registered the 2nd bond issue of Tsesnabank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, August 9, 05/ - Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose shares and
bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing
category, has presented to KASE a copy of certificate issued by Kazakhstan
Agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and
supervision (AFS) dated June 13, 2005 about the state registration of the
bank's second bond issue.
According to the certificate bond issue volume is KZT3.0 bn., security's face
value is KZT1.00. The issue has been divided into 3.0 bn. coupon
unsecured bonds, which have been assigned KZ2CKY07B626 national
identification number. The issue has been included in the State securities
register under В62 number.
