FSA registered share issue of Tsesnabank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, August 9, 05/ - Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE a copy of certificate about the state registration of bank's announced shares issue. The issue is registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (AFS) on July 5, 2005. The issue has been divided into 2,250,000 common shares KZ1C33820016 and 750,000 privileged shares KZ1P33820914. The issue has been included in the state securities register under the А3382 number. As on July 5, 2005 a total of 750,000 common and 250,000 privileged shares had been floated and paid. [2005-08-09]
