/REUTERS, Almaty, August 5, 05/ - Ministry of finance will exhibit for sale 100-percent state blocks of shares of regional electric distribution company Western-Kazakhstan DEC Uralskenergo OJSC with starting price KZT881.5 m. ($6.5 m.), message of Committee of state property and privatization says, published on Friday in official newspaper Kazakhstanskaya Pravda. Tender will be conducted on September 7. "Starting price - KZT881.508.200, number of shares - 2.899.961 copies" - the message says.
