MOST DISTINGUISHED LISTING COMPANIES OF THE EXCHANGE WERE AWARDED AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING OF KASE

/KASE, July 25, 05/ - Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) notifies that following companies were awarded at the annual general shareholders meeting of KASE, which was held on July 21 of 2005, with the diplomas "For striving for transparency". 1. Among listing companies - financial organizations, whose securities are traded in KASE's official "A" listing category, there are: - TEXAKABANK JSC (Almaty); - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty). 2. Among listing companies - non-financial organizations, whose securities are traded in KASE's official "A" listing category, there are: - PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources JSC (Kyzylorda); - ROSA JSC (Pavlodar). 3. Among listing companies, whose securities are traded in KASE's official "B" listing category, there are: - BTA Ipoteka JSC (Almaty); - AI-DAN MUNAY JSC (Kyzylorda). The above-mentioned companies were awarded on the basis of the decision of KASE's Board dated June 10 of 2005 in compliance with the Rules of the annual encouragement of listing companies approved by the decision of KASE's Board dated June 9 of 2005 under 75/4 number.
