Zangar department of Kazkommertsbank is acknowledged by Western Union company as absolute winner in Top Country Teams 2004 project

/Kazkommertsbank, July 14, 05/ - Western Union company announced absolute winner department of Kazkommertsbank Zangar in Almaty by the results of contests in the frame of program Top Country Teams 2004, where biggest banks and financial institutes of Kazakhstan and Central Asia took part. On rewarding ceremony, which was held on June 14 in Almaty Color restaurant, representative of Western Unuon Jalil Khaidarov informed, that department of Kazkommertsbank Zangar became a winner in all three nominations: Quality of servicing, Volume of money transfers and Growth of money transfers volume. Four employees of Kazkommertsbank - Kopbosynova Zhuldyz (accountant- operator, department of Airport-terminal), Lyaer Svetlana (accountant- operator, department of Aksai), Vorobyev Vladimir (accountant- operator, department of Dinamo) and Samoilova Yuliya (accountant- operator, department of Zangar), besides diplomas were presented music centers by Western Union company. During the whole year auditors of Western Union analyzed work of operators, in order to ascertain, how much volumes of money transfers grew, what quality of servicing are offered to clients. To determine qualifications and competency of operators they have been trained by "secret calls" and "secret clients" - when auditors in the guise of importunate clients applied to employees of the bank with provocative questions. Operators of Kazkommertsbank successfully passed all these exams, and, according to Jalil Khaidarov, "they may be called example for imitation". This year participants of this project became two more departments of Kazkommertsbank: Ramstor-Samal Almaty and Aktau branch.
